The Challenge
Kenza Electrical was appointed to complete the electrical installation for a 65-apartment student accommodation development in Trafford, Manchester.
Throughout the project, we worked closely with the client and design team to achieve the best possible result while ensuring that every stage of the installation met the project requirements.
The Solution
Our work covered the complete electrical installation, from the wiring of individual bedrooms and communal areas through to containment, distribution equipment and the building’s main electrical supplies.
We also coordinated closely with the specialist fire-alarm and smoke-ventilation contractors, as well as the heating engineers, to ensure all systems were successfully integrated.
The Result
The project was completed within the agreed 12-month programme and delivered on time without delays.
The result was a modern, safe and reliable electrical installation for all 65 student apartments and associated communal areas.
