A dead circuit affecting your business, a dangerous fault in your home, sparking or a burning smell from a socket or fuse board, or a power issue putting people or equipment at risk are all reasons to call. If you're unsure whether your situation counts as an emergency, call and describe what's happening — we'll advise honestly rather than upsell a call-out you don't need.
We aim to get an engineer to you as quickly as possible, assess the problem properly, and either fix it on the spot or make the situation safe until further work can be scheduled. You don't need to be an existing customer to call us in an emergency, and we'll always be upfront about cost before starting work.
