Domestic electrical reports cover EICR and condition certification for residential properties — most commonly required by landlords, but also useful for homeowners buying, selling or simply wanting confirmation their property's electrical installation is safe.

Landlords in England are legally required to have a valid EICR for each rental property at least every five years, and to provide a copy to tenants and, on request, the local authority. If you manage multiple rental properties, keeping track of renewal dates across a portfolio can be easy to lose track of — we can help set up a schedule so nothing lapses.

We inspect the property's installation, test for safety and compliance, and provide a clear report with any issues classified by severity and explained in straightforward terms. Where remedial work is needed to bring a property up to standard, we can quote for that as part of the same visit.
